A lovely 6in Royal Doulton stoneware vase by Joan Honey from the 1930s in mint condition. This vase is a reaction the the angular Art Deco designs of such as Clarice Cliff, and uses soft-edged areas of free-flowing glazes in harmonious colours.
The vase has the Royal Doulton impressed mark with lion, and the series number X8977F. It has the monograms of both Joan Honey and Maud Bowden. The vase weighs 833g.
The vase is in mint condition, without chips, cracks, crazing, restoration, or significant scratches.
