An attractive 9in (22.5cm) bulbous vase by one of Doulton’s most fastidious ceramic artists - Florrie Jones - decorated with everyone’s favourite flowers - roses.
The vase, weighing 932g, has the impressed Doulton mark with Crown and Lion, the series mark 5851 and the incised monogram of Florrie Jones.
The vase is in mint condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing, restoration or significant scratches. As you can see in the photos, there is glaze bubbling from the original firing, underneath the vase
