It is a pleasure to be able to offer a mint pair of Doulton Lambeth Siliconware vases by the ‘Queen of Lambeth’ – Eliza Simmance. With their cream ground, they are more lively than the ‘cracked ice’ vases.
The 14cm (5.75in) vases have the impressed Doulton Silicon Lambeth mark, the date 1886 and the Doulton and Slaters Patent marks. They are signed in monogram by Eliza Simmance, and numbered 645. The vases weigh 610g.
The vases are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, restorations, crazing, or significant scratches. There is a minimal amount of wear to the gilding around the top rim.
