A 15cm tall and 15cm diameter Royal Doulton Art Deco stoneware vase with floral motifs, crafted by Florrie Jones.

This Royal Doulton vase has the impressed Doulton Circle mark with Crown and Lion. The design of this vase is illustrated on page 217 of Desmond Eyles' 'The Doulton Lambeth Wares'. The design was launched in 1912 as one of the 'New Style' range. The design is likely to be the work of Margaret E Thompson. The 1912 set of designs set a new style for Doulton with the extensive use of brush lining, and the cessation, all be it temporary, of the use of tube-lining.

The vase is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or restoration.
