Royal Doulton Art Deco stoneware vase 8181

This tall vase has the impressed Doulton Circle mark, with Crown and Lion and the monogram of Lily Partington. Probably dating from the 1930s, all the softer lines of the Art Nouveau period have been replaced by a geometric pattern. The use of the main colours of marine blue and grey is thoroughly traditional.

The vase is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or restoration.
