DESCRIPTION.
A 5.5" (14cm)jug signed by Elizabeth Atkins. The jug has the Doulton Lambeth impressed mark with England underneath, dating the jug to 1891-1902. The jug also has Slaters Patent chine texture of the finest type. On this is tubelined floral decoration, filled with brown and marine blue glazes. Apart from the signature of Elizabeth Atkins the jug has the impressed mark of Ada Maycock and an impressed tl (possibly Wilfred Talbot).
CONDITION.
The jug is in exceptional condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
