DESCRIPTION.
An 8" version of this pot (or three handled camp kettle as it is called) is illustrated on p179 of Desmond Eyles' 'The Doulton Lambeth Wares'. On the inside, the pot has the Royal Doulton Lambeth Mark and a series number 1904. Nellie Garbett, who signed the pot with an incised monogram, worked at Doulton until 1910, dating the pot at between 1901 and 1910.
CONDITION.
The pot is in excellent order, without chips, cracks, crazing, or restoration. All the gilding is complete and bright.
